When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

Trufora accepts Amazon Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress credit cards with US billing addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
All orders shipped from Trufora.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
If you have a a Trufora account, you can view orders that you have placed at Trufora.com by logging in and clicking on the “My Account” link. To view orders that you have placed online simply log into your account. You may reorder from a previous purchase from My Order History.
Trufora ships to all 50 U.S. States via USPS shipping First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order. All orders ship free of charge. Trufora processes orders Monday – Friday in the order in which they are received. Typically, orders received by 3pm CST Mon-Fri are processed and shipped the same day. Please allow approximately 7 business days for delivery of your order from the date your order was placed. USPS delivers Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping methods are available, and are displayed with associated costs at checkout.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 7 business days for delivery of your order from the date your order was placed. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, Customer Service Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (CST), at (866) 660-0740.
For Trufora Skincare Systems, you can choose the sale type as "monthly subscription" in order to get the products auto-shipped to you on a regular basis – saving time, effort and also saving you up to 50% off retail prices. The recommended shipping interval is set to once per month as each product contains a one-month supply if used as directed
o If a monthly shipping interval isn’t right for you, you can change the shipping interval for your Trufora Skincare System directly through your My Trufora account. Simply login at www.trufora.com and under My Account > My Subscriptions, select “Edit Monthly Subscription” in order to change the shipping interval. You can also cancel your subscription (but we will be sad to see you go!) or switch to a different skincare system if your needs change.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Trufora.com order, you can return or exchange it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase date.
o To return or exchange an item(s), please email email@example.com or call Customer Service at 866-660-0740 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (CST) to have a Return Authorization processed. You will receive by email a complimentary shipping label that shows your Return Authorization (RMA) number. In order for your return to be processed, the Trufora item(s) must be shipped using the return shipping label provided. Duplicate or additional shipping labels will not be created for any returns/exchanges. Complimentary shipping will be provided for all returns and exchanges made within 30 days of original purchase date. When you return your purchase to Trufora within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method only when the return items have been received and processed. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process to be completed.
You can exchange your Trufora purchase within 30 days of your purchase date for another item(s) of equal or greater value. Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged. Only items purchased on Trufora.com can be returned to Trufora.
If you are returning products from a Trufora.com order that was part of a promotional offer, such as a free gift, you must return all items in order to receive the full refund for your purchase or in order to exchange for products of equal or greater value. Return/Exchange of Skincare Systems
To receive the full refund on your Trufora.com order for a skincare system, all the products included in the skincare system must be returned. We will not issue refunds for partial returns. Damaged Product(s)
All Trufora products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure the best possible customer experience, however damages can occasionally occur during shipping. If one or more of the items in your Trufora.com order are damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item within 30 days of your order date to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number (e.g. TRU1234) in the subject line. Our Customer Service Team will respond and immediately ship a replacement product to you. We are unable to ship replacement items without receiving a picture of the damaged Trufora product.
